Bullying can be physical, verbal, emotional or online and it can happen to anyone. It is horrible and it is not your fault. There are people who can help you to make the bullying stop.
The important thing is to tell someone about it.
In County Durham, all of our schools have an anti-bullying policy. Even if the bullying isn’t happening in school and you feel you can talk to a teacher, tell them and they will be able to help you get the support you need.
