Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) provided consistent approach to Risk Assessment which identifies those victims who are most at risk of serious harm. Agencies can then work together to reduce this risk using available interventions.
The process also enables effective information sharing, thus identifying risk that may previously have not been readily identified by the initial responding agency.
