From policy to practice. From learning to action.

With constant changes in legislation, guidance, procedures, and organisational priorities, how do we ensure change leads to better outcomes for children and families? The DSCP will be hosting a range of online sessions across the week which will explore practical approaches to:

  • embedding change into everyday practice
  • supporting practitioners through change
  • turning learning into meaningful action
  • building confidence, resilience, and engagement
  • keeping children and families at the heart of improvement

Helping the workforce move beyond awareness to sustainable practice change.

13 FREE sessions for everyone who works with children, young people, and families in County Durham (please share throughout your team and organisation).

We have amazing facilitators delivering across the week, some of which we have commissioned as lived experienced speakers.

Places on some sessions are limited so book quickly to avoid disappointment.
